Curated Campus Terms of Service

Welcome to Curated Campus, a service of Curated Concierge. By booking services or using this website, you agree to the following terms.

Services

Curated Campus provides college move-in, move-out, and storage support designed to simplify transitions for students and families. Services may include receiving packages, organizing belongings, delivery on move-in day, storage coordination, and concierge support related to student transitions.

Services are provided based on availability and scheduling capacity.

Reservations and Payment

Reservations are secured once payment has been received.

Because each reservation secures storage space, staffing, and scheduling logistics, all bookings are considered confirmed once payment is processed.

Curated Campus operates on a limited capacity model to ensure personalized service for each family.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to the planning and limited capacity required for move-in and move-out services, reservations are non refundable once booked.

If a student’s plans change prior to the service date, Curated Campus may offer the option to apply the payment as a credit toward a future Curated Campus service when possible.

Shipping and Package Responsibility

Families are responsible for arranging shipment of items to the designated receiving address by the stated deadline.

Curated Campus is not responsible for damage, loss, or delays that occur during shipping with carriers or vendors. If a package arrives damaged, we will notify you and assist in documenting the issue so you may contact the carrier or retailer for a claim or replacement.

Package Deadlines

To ensure timely organization and delivery on move-in day, all packages must arrive by the stated deadline. Packages that arrive after the deadline may not be guaranteed for move-in day delivery.

Delivery and Building Access

Items will be delivered to the student’s dorm room or apartment when building access allows. If access is restricted, delivery will occur as close to the building entrance as possible.

Storage Services

Stored items are kept in an organized system labeled by student. While we take great care in handling and organizing belongings, Curated Campus is not responsible for loss or damage to items stored or transported.

We recommend that families avoid sending irreplaceable or high value items.

Concierge Services

Additional concierge services may be available upon request and are billed at the applicable hourly rate.

Changes to Services

Curated Campus reserves the right to adjust scheduling, delivery windows, or operational procedures when necessary due to weather, safety, building policies, or other circumstances outside of our control.
