Move-In

What if a package is delayed or goes missing in transit?
If you notice a delay or missing item, please contact us via email as soon as possible.

What happens if a package arrives damaged?
If we receive a package that appears damaged, we’ll take photos right away and notify you via email or text. We cannot be responsible for damage or loss that occurs during shipping or transit with carriers.

Are there guidelines for packing and labeling?
Yes. Each box and large items must be labeled with the student’s full name. Detailed packing and labeling guidelines will be provided in advance.

Are there any items that should NOT be shipped?
Please do not ship perishable items, liquids that could leak, valuable jewelry, cash, or fragile heirlooms. We recommend bringing those items personally on move-in day.

Is there a deadline for sending items?
Yes. All packages must arrive no later than Monday, August 17, 2026 to ensure everything is organized and ready by move-in day.

Where will the items be delivered on move-in day?
Your student’s belongings will be delivered to their dorm room or apartment (as long as building access allows). If access is limited, we’ll deliver items as close to the entrance as possible.

Will you help set up or assemble anything on move-in day?
At this time, setup and assembly aren’t included on the day of delivery. You may purchase this service as a separate concierge service and we will accommodate as close to move in as possible.

Can I change my delivery date or time?
We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but delivery windows are based on routes and availability. The earlier you communicate changes, the better we can adjust if possible.

Do you offer concierge services to help with other move-in needs?
Yes! We offer concierge-style support for anything that makes move-in smoother. (Additional hourly rates apply.)

What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Reservations are non-refundable once booked, as each spot secures storage space and move-in scheduling. If your student’s plans change prior to the service date, we may be able to apply your payment as a credit toward a future Curated Campus service when possible.
Move-Out

Where are my student’s belongings stored?
Belongings are stored securely off-site in an organized, labeled system by student name to ensure accurate return at the start of the next semester.

Will I have access to items during the summer?
Storage access during the summer is limited and must be coordinated in advance. If you anticipate needing access, please let us know so we can discuss options and availability.

Are there guidelines for packing and labeling?
Yes. All items must be pre-packed in boxes or bags prior to pickup. Each item must be clearly labeled with the student’s full name. Detailed packing and labeling guidelines will be provided in advance.

Will I receive confirmation once items are delivered to storage?
Yes. You’ll receive confirmation once belongings have been successfully picked up and delivered to the storage facility.

Where is pick up on move-out day?
Your student’s belongings will be picked up outside their dorm room or apartment (as long as building access allows). If access is limited, items will be picked up as close to the entrance as possible.

Will you help disassemble on move-out day?
At this time, disassembly isn’t included on the day of pickup. You may purchase this service as a separate concierge service and we will accommodate as close to move out as possible.
